Founded in 1991 by Kenneth Lorenzo and Tom Luttrell, Tectonix began as a modest machinery repair shop with a simple mission: to deliver dependable, high-performance equipment that powers progress and productivity. Over the years, through innovation, integrity, and a deep commitment to quality, the company has evolved into a full-service engineering equipment manufacturer and global supplier.
In 2008, Tectonix transitioned into a full-scale manufacturing facility, expanding its capabilities to include custom fabrication, rig assembly, component manufacturing, and machinery restoration. Today, the company employs over 100 full-time engineers, technicians, and administrative staff, with an additional 30–60 contract welders and specialists engaged seasonally depending on project volume and scope.
